~~Assistant coach Del Harris has decided to leave the New Jersey Nets. Just a few months after the fans.
~~Knicks president Donnie Walsh has said he doesn’t plan to trade any of his players before the deadline. After all, why mess with perfection?
~~And the New York Jets have fined Rex Ryan $50,000 for flipping the bird at an MMA event. Ironically it was the classiest gesture of the entire evening.
