Cleveland Cavaliers and their fans with snuggies
It was a night of Snuggies, seizures and six (wins in a row for the Cavs) at the Quicken Loans Arena.
That is a lot of Snuggies, 20,000 in fact. That makes for a world record. Also, the Cavaliers played the Pistons, and late in the third quarter, Pistons PG Rodney Stuckey suffered a seizure and was taken to the Cleveland Clinic and held overnight. Thankfully, he’s OK and he was back in Detroit later that afternoon.
That win makes it six in a row for the Shaq-less/Antawn-more Cavaliers, who had to overcome an early 23 point defecit. Sayeth LeBron James of the slow start:
“Snuggies may have been part of the reason we were so comfortable and lackadaisical to start the game, you walking around with all those Snuggies and it is like you’re getting ready for bed. We might need to have boot night one day to get ready for combat.”
